1 Introduction & Applicability

rbjee is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live dealer services for players in Bangladesh. These terms & conditions serve as a legal agreement between rbjee and its users.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the rbjee platform, you are accepting these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Registration Requirements

2.1 Account Verification

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, rbjee may initiate an identity verification process at any time. Identity may need to be proven through a national ID card, passport or other valid documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is completed.

3 Age Verification

rbjee services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. rbjee reserves the right to request the necessary documents for age verification.

• The age declaration made at the time of registration will be considered legally binding.
• A false age declaration may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from using the platform.

4 Payment Methods & Limits

rbjee supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted securely via SSL encryption.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (applicable in certain cases).

4.1 Transaction Policy

All deposits are processed to reach the account instantly. However, rbjee will not be held responsible for delays caused by network or payment gateway issues. In the case of suspicious transactions, rbjee reserves the right to review the account and, if necessary, place withdrawals on hold.

Transactions using third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

5 Welcome Bonus Terms

rbjee offers a welcome bonus for new users: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• For larger deposits: deposit ৳32,000 and receive up to ৳15,000 bonus — total ৳47,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing (on the bonus amount only, deposit not included).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The bonus can be claimed only once and applies to the first deposit only.

5.1 General Bonus Policy

rbjee may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own applicable terms, which will be stated alongside the offer.

• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses (unless specifically stated).
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
• Cashback and benefits under the VIP program are governed by separate terms.
• rbjee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.2 VIP Program Terms

rbjee's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on regular play:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• You can advance to higher tiers through consistent activity.

6 Unacceptable Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbjee platform. Involvement in any of these will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system fraudulently (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Fraudulent collaboration or collusion with other players.
• Registering or providing information under a false identity.
• Managing an account on behalf of or representing a minor.

7 Healthy Gaming Habits

rbjee believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial pressure or personal problems. We encourage our users to play responsibly.

• Set a defined budget before playing and do not spend beyond it.
• Play for entertainment, not to win — keep that mindset.

11 Account Cancellation & Suspension

rbjee may close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Evidence of age-related policy violations.
